FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about our packages, visas, flights, accommodation and how bookings work.
Packages and itineraries
Each package page lists its inclusions and exclusions. Typically this covers accommodation, daily breakfast, transfers and selected sightseeing. Your written proposal confirms exactly what is included before you book.
Yes. Every itinerary on this website is a starting point. We can change hotels, add or remove days, combine destinations and adjust the pace to suit you.
Enquiries and bookings
No. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking or reserve availability. Our travel team reviews your request, shares a proposal and confirms prices and availability with you before anything is booked.
Prices depend on travel dates, availability, taxes and exchange rates. They are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Visas and documents
We can share document checklists and supporting travel documents for many destinations. Visa decisions are made only by the relevant embassy or authority, so we cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
Flights
Flights are usually quoted separately because fares change daily. We can include flights in your proposal on request.
Accommodation
We suggest hotels based on location, guest reviews, your budget and the experience you want. You will see the hotel names in your proposal before confirming anything.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the hotels, airlines and suppliers in your booking. They are shared in your proposal and confirmation. Please also read our cancellation and refund policy.
General
Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and baggage for every trip.
Our team reviews enquiries during business hours and contacts you by email, phone or WhatsApp using the details you provide.
