How booking works

You send an enquiry with your travel preferences.
We share a personalised proposal with an itinerary, inclusions and price.
Once you approve the proposal, we confirm availability and the final price in writing.
Your booking is confirmed after the agreed payment is received and our written confirmation is issued.

Payment amounts and deadlines are set out in your proposal. Payments are not collected through this website.

Names must match passports exactly. Please check every detail in your confirmation and tell us straight away if anything needs correcting.

Requests such as adjoining rooms, dietary needs or bed types are passed to suppliers but cannot always be guaranteed.

Final travel documents, including vouchers and itineraries, are shared before departure once full payment is received.
